This Privacy Policy explains how LoveWell Solutions (“LoveWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit lovewellsolutions.com, take the attachment style quiz, or subscribe to The Connected Couple membership (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Quiz responses. Your answers to the attachment style questions and the result generated from them.
• Contact details. Your email address, and your first name if you provide it, when you request your quiz results.
• Partner invitations. If you invite a partner, the email address you supply for them.
• Account and membership data. Login credentials, subscription status, and content you enter inside the membership, such as check-in responses and session notes.
• Payment information. Processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Support messages. Anything you send us by email or through a contact form.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring page.
• Pages viewed, time on page, and actions such as starting or completing the quiz.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics identifiers.

2. How we use your information

• To score the quiz and deliver your attachment style result.
• To send you the emails you asked for, including results, follow-up guidance, and membership information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To create and administer your account and membership.
• To process payments and handle refunds.
• To measure and improve the Services, including which pages and content are useful.
• To advertise our Services, including measuring which ads lead to quiz completions and showing relevant ads to people on Meta platforms and elsewhere.
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising, cookies, and the Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand which ads work, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API on our site. When you visit our pages or complete the quiz, these tools may send Meta information such as your IP address, browser identifiers, the page you viewed, and the fact that a quiz was completed. Where email addresses are shared for ad measurement or audience matching, they are hashed before transmission.

Meta processes this information as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences.

We also use analytics cookies to understand site usage in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Services may not function normally if you do.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain advertising cookie activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

4. Your quiz results and relationship information

Your quiz answers and results are personal. We use them to generate your result, to personalize the guidance and content you receive, and, if both partners opt in, to produce a shared pairing report. We do not publish, sell, or disclose individual quiz responses. Content you enter inside the membership is visible only to you, to a partner you have explicitly linked your account with, and to authorized LoveWell staff who need access to operate or support the Services. LoveWell provides educational content and tools. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA.

5. When we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers who operate the Services on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, and analytics — under contracts limiting their use of the data.
• Advertising platforms, as described in Section 3.
• Your linked partner, for shared membership features you have opted into.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LoveWell or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. How long we keep information

We keep quiz responses and account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support re-engagement, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Marketing email records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we can honor your opt-out. You may request deletion at any time as described below.

7. Your choices and rights

• Email. Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. Email us at the address in Section 11.
• Opt out of targeted advertising and of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Email us, or use the cookie controls on our site where available.
• Browser signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described above, including the right to appeal a denied request and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (to provide the membership), and our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services). You may withdraw consent at any time and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting staff access to what is needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice by email or on the site.
